Clear Channel has purchased New York City?s venerable WOR 710 AM radio station from Buckley Radio Corp.

Founded in 1922, WOR is city?s oldest continuously operating radio station. Buckley Radio bought from RKO in 1987.? Currently, WOR ranks No. 19 in the market.
